RETURNS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS

FULL REFUNDS

Hible Furnishings considers its customers and clients as it's most prized assets. We recognize and appreciate your business, but value you even more so. We're on your side, and we know that things don't always go according to plan. Therefore, Hible Furnishings strives to make things right in the following scenarios...

  • Products received are in a damaged state when compared to the condition at time of purchase
  • Products received are not the products purchased
  • Products do not arrive

Any products which meet any of these unfortunate scenarios are eligible for a full refund. Evidence must be provided and will be examined by our team and associates to ensure fair dealings. In applicable cases, return shipping will be arranged and paid for by Hible Furnishings. Both returns and refunds will be void if the item's condition differs from provided evidence.

Full refunds will be issued following successful examination and pickup by our shipping partner for return shipping when applicable. 

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS

We also realize that life can just be difficult sometimes. Whether financial difficulties arise, you purchased the item prior to asking your spouse, the item doesn't fit your space just as you hoped, or a host of other reasons, Hible Furnishings does offer returns for any products within a 2-day window following delivery. For any reason. You just pay the shipping costs both outbound (to you), return (back to us), and applicable taxes and fees. We refund the remaining with the following special conditions:

  • Products must be picked up in the same condition as when delivered
  • Return shipping must be organized by Hible Furnishings
  • Payment for return shipping must be sent to Hible Furnishings prior to the pickup of the item to be returned 

Both return and refund will be void if items' condition at time of return shipping pickup significantly differs from its condition at time of delivery. In this event, any return shipping costs paid to Hible Furnishings will be forfeited by the customer to cover time, fees, and expenses incurred by Hible Furnishings and our valued shipping partners. 

Partial refunds will be issued following successful return shipping of the item or product to our store, and will include the full cost paid by you minus outbound shipping and applicable taxes and fees. 

All sales are final 48 hours after delivery of your item. 

 

IN-STORE PICKUPS

Orders where Store Pickup was selected are eligible for full refunds if -at the time of arrival- the buyer/agent chooses not to move forward with the purchase for any reason. Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final.

Items purchased with buyer-arranged shipping methods are considered final upon pickup from our location and ineligible for refunds or returns.

 

REFUNDS ON SERVICES

Payments on any item acquired through the use of Hible Furnishings' Services are final. Services include Restoration and Repair, and acquisition of items through our Personal Sourcing Service.

 

INITIATING A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at info@hiblefurnishings.com. Include the following in your email request...

  1. Order Details
  2. Reason for your return
  3. Phone Number
  4. Evidence (if applicable) of all damage or condition which differs from that presented at time of checkout.
  5. Evidence of incorrectly delivered item or product.

After reviewing your return request, we will contact you with further instructions.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

Order cancellations may be submitted at any time prior to the departure of any sold item(s) from Hible Furnishing's possession for a full refund. Cancellations will not be accepted for any reason if a cancellation request is made after an item has shipped or been acquired by one of our shipping partners. 

Cancellation of any restoration or refinishing services requested of Hible Furnishings must be made prior to the services beginning for a full refund.

After reviewing your cancellation request, we will respond with subsequent steps.

 

EXCHANGES

Hible Furnishings does not accept exchanges. 

 

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM DISAPPOINTMENT

The majority of the products and items sold by Hible Furnishings are  pre-owned, vintage, or antique. We strive to accurately and extensively describe the condition of each of our products and include photograph evidence displaying both it's condition and nature. It is your responsibility to sufficiently examine items before purchase and ensure your own satisfaction.

Items should be fully inspected upon in-store pickup before taking possession of them.
